How You Look To Me
I finally got to meet my cousin, writer, Bruce Marshall Romans. My dad and I had lunch with him yesterday at a cool little dive in the Glendale area of Los Angeles called "Eat Well". Bruce is a writer, actor, filmmaker and creator of television shows and has been living in Los Angeles for about 5 years. His girlfriend, Kierstan Van Horne was also at brunch. She was really nice and she's an actor and writer, too.

He brought us a copy of his movie that was just release all across the country a few weeks ago. The movie is called How You Look To Me. He wrote the movie, raised the money to get the movie made, made the movie in Louisville, Kentucky, co-starred in the movie, won several film festivals with the movie and now the movie can be rented at Blockbuster or purchased on Amazon.com.

Bruce and Kiersten were a lot of fun to talk to and they gave me lots of great tips for the business.
Here's something kind of funny -- Bruce's nickname for Kiersten is "Kiki" which is also my mom's nickname. Isn't that a funny coincidence.
The movie is rated R and my dad wanted me to make sure everyone knew that since I'm telling everyone about it on my blog.
Anyway, the movie was very good and I'm looking forward to getting to know my cousins better because it is really nice to know that I have family out here.
Bruce and Kiersten are working a lot together as writers now and focus most of their energy on writing and developing new movie and TV projects. I wish them both all the best and I hope they develop a huge hit movie or TV show really soon!
I told them to make sure and write lots of parts for 12 year old girls! lol!
XOXO,
